Sandesh Gautam graduated from IOE, Pulchowk Campus, Nepal under Tribhuvan University with a B.E. degree in Civil Engineering. He previously worked for Nepal government for the reconstruction of structures in earthquake -devastated areas. He joined the UT Arlington in 2017. He likes playing soccer. He enjoys playing guitar, singing song and travelling.

BIOGRAPHICAL STATEMENT
Mark Hurley is currently a M.S. student in Geotechnical Engineering at University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). Prior to furthering his education in graduate school, he obtained B.S. degrees in both Mathematics and Geology at UTA. He is currently conducting research under his advisor, Xinbao Yu, to model a hydronic loop system in a laboratory environment that is used to simulate the deicing of bridges via geothermal energy. He enjoys skydiving, road trips, reading, playing chess/billiards, and traveling in his free time.

Hiramani Raj Chimauriya graduated from Kathmandu University with a B.E. degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in hydropower before coming to University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). He previously worked at Tanahu Hydropower Project, Nepal. In his spare time, he likes to travel, read and watch movies.
